Orders are prepared after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary by product, destination, and fulfillment partner.

Shipping availability and rates

Available destinations, shipping methods, and charges are shown at checkout. A destination must be included in an active market and shipping zone before an order can be placed.

Delivery estimates

Delivery windows shown at checkout or in an order confirmation are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, and peak periods can affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is provided, the tracking details are sent after the order is fulfilled.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. Unless checkout states otherwise, these charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

Lost, delayed, damaged, or incorrect orders
